1. Product Authenticity & Nature
Most items sold on this site are unique, one-of-a-kind fossils. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our photography, please note that color and texture may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. All fossils are sold “as is” and as described in their individual listings.

3. Shipping & Fragility
Fossils are inherently fragile. We take extreme care in our professional “Shark-Proof” packaging. Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility for the item’s safety transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
